Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at MIRACO – Your Gateway to Japanese Anime & Cards. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your order.

1. Order Processing Time

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Pre-Order Items: Orders for pre-order items will be processed and shipped within 1 to 10 business days from the official release date.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays. The processing time does not include the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We exclusively ship to international destinations. We do not offer domestic shipping within Japan.
We partner with the following trusted carriers to deliver your order:
FedEx
DHL
Japan Post
All shipments are sent with a tracking number, which will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time will vary based on the carrier and your location.
FedEx & DHL: Typically deliver within 1 to 10 business days after you receive the shipping notification.
Japan Post: Typically delivers within 10 to 30 business days after you receive the shipping notification.
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:
Weight of the items in your order.
Size (dimensions) of the package.
Destination country.
We do not offer free shipping at this time. However, we may offer promotional shipping discounts via coupons in the future.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees.
When you order from us, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product(s), but you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred (both the original and the return shipping fees).

6. Shipping Restrictions

Restricted Countries/Regions: We may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us at aknowledge.hp@gmail.com before placing your order.
Remote Area Surcharges: Shipments to areas designated as "remote" by our carriers (FedEx, DHL, and Japan Post) may be subject to an additional remote area surcharge. If this fee applies to your order, we will contact you for payment before shipping.
Product & Size Restrictions: Currently, we do not have specific restrictions on product categories, sizes, or weights. However, all shipments must comply with the regulations of the destination country and the terms of our shipping carriers.

7. Shipment Tracking & Insurance

Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey through the carrier's website.
Insurance: Shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value orders to protect against loss or damage during transit. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not selected.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
